Pregnant with one baby

  • 5.5 gallons of 1% lowfat or fat free milk with no cheese or 4.5 gallons and 1 quart of 1% lowfat or fat free milk and 1 pound of cheese
  • 36 ounces of breakfast cereal (with more whole grain choices)
  • 1 pound of 100% whole wheat bread or 1 pound of brown rice or 1 pound of soft corn tortillas
  • 144 ounces of fruit juice
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • Choice of:
    • 1 pound of dry beans or 4, 16 ounce cans of beans or 18 ounces of peanut butter
    • 2 pounds of dry beans or 8, 16 ounce cans of beans
    • 36 ounces of peanut butter
  • $8 voucher for fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables

Pregnant with 2 or more babies

  • 6 gallons of 1% lowfat or fat free milk with no cheese or 4.5 gallons and 1 quart of 1% lowfat or fat free milk and 3 pounds of cheese
  • 36 ounces of breakfast cereal (with more whole grain choices)
  • 1 pound of 100% whole wheat bread or 1 pound of brown rice or 1 pound of soft corn tortillas
  • 144 ounces of fruit juice
  • 2 dozen eggs
  • 30 ounces of canned tuna fish or salmon
  • Choice of:
    • 1 pound of dry beans or 4, 16 ounce cans of beans or 18 ounces of peanut butter
    • 2 pounds of dry beans or 8, 16 ounce cans of beans
    • 36 ounces of peanut butter
  • $10 voucher for fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables
