- Free immunizations to any child from birth through 18 years of age if VFC eligible (Vaccines for Children Program).
- Proof of Immunization record, such as the 680 form that is needed for school entry and day care.
- Educational materials on immunizations.
- Selected immunization outreach events for underserved populations.
- School-age immunizations in selected schools.
- Participation in selected community health fairs dependent upon availability.
- Coordination of mass immunization projects when necessary.
- On-site education to groups in our community based on availability.
- On-site immunizations throughout the community to senior residents of group homes, churches, and organizations based on availability.
- Ongoing tracking of infant immunizations to assess completion of the primary immunization series.
