Just by completing a one-page questionnaire, you can become a Healthy Start participant. Your answers are kept confidential and used only to provide the best possible care for you and your baby.

Every prenatal care provider in the state of Florida is required to offer a Healthy Start screening to all pregnant women. All hospitals are required to offer a Healthy Start screening to every newborn.
