Injury Prevention

The Injury Prevention program educates the community on the ways to reduce and prevent unintentional and intentional injuries that often result in deaths or disability.

The program provides education through community presentations, mini-workshops, and outreach programs on:

• General injury prevention
• Drowning prevention
• Motor vehicle safety
• Poisoning prevention
• Fall prevention
• Helmet use for children
