• Motor vechile crashes are the leading cause of death and injury for teens in the United States and Florida.
• In 2007, Florida's teen drivers (15-19) had the highest rate of motor vehicle crash involvement.

If teens agree to be B.A.D. their risk of being involved in a motor vehicle crash will be reduced. Some studies have concluded that distracted drivers are four times more likely to be involved in a car crash.
