Group Care

The Department of Health conducts basic safety and health inspections of Group Care Facilities under Chapter 64E-12 of the Florida Administrative Code.

Facilities include:

Group Homes
Schools

Foster Home Inspections are conducted once a year at the request of the licensing agency. Group Homes and Schools are inspected twice a year. In addition the program regulates food service at all these facilities.
