family doctor, or call the Orange County Health Department's Immunization
Program at 407-836-2600.
Immunizations are provided on a walk-in basis; no appointments are given.
Due to the high demand for childhood immunization services, we are only
able to provide services to a maximum number of clients each day on a first
come, first served basis during our operating hours of 8:00 am to 2:00
pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday. We
encourage you to arrive early. All Immunization sites are closed from 12:00
- 1:00 for lunch.

Immunizations for Diphtheria, HIB (Haemophilus influenzae Type B), Tetanus,
Whooping Cough (Pertussis), Measles, Hepatitis-B, Mumps, Rubella, Chickenpox
(Varicella), Polio, Prevnar (Pneumococcal), Menactra (Meningococcal),
Rotateq (Rotovirus), and HPV (Human Papillomavirus) immunizations are
provided to children birth through 18 years of age free of charge if VFC
eligible (Vaccines for Children Program).
Proof of Immunization record, such as the blue 680 form that is needed
for school entry and day care.
