The Eligibility Department located at 832 W. Central Blvd. Orlando will be serving clients to determine financial eligibility, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, for the following programs:  Family Planning, Dental, Insulin, Immunization, Epilepsy, Maternity and Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women.

Note:  Pregnancy Test will be available for women in need of a test for eligibility determination purposes.

The Eligibility Department will continue to serve clients who are applying for financial eligibility determination for Immunizations, Preventive and Pulmonary Services on a walk in basis.

The Orange County Health Department's Eligibility Office is not a Medicaid Office.  Temporary Medicaid is process and those cases are forwarded to the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

If you have any changes or want to apply for Medicaid for yourself or your children, please go to a DCF office or you can apply online at www.dcf.state.fl.us/ess or call 1-866-762-2237.

Great News!!! - Clients now can apply for Medicaid using ACCESS Network located at 832 W. Central Blvd., Room 317.

The Central Eligibility Department’s hours of operation are:  Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Note: On Tuesday afternoon, the hours of operation for eligibility determination for Preventive Services are extended to 6:00 pm
