• Emergency Dental Treatment
• Routine Dental Service

Who is Eligible?

• Children ages 4 to 18 with a Clinic Card. For eligibility requirements contact 407-836-2660.
• Children ages 4 to 20 receiving Medicaid
• Adult patients over the age of 20 with Medicaid needing emergency dental care may contact the Dental Clinic during normal hours of operation.
• Adult patients without Medicaid contact Dental clinic for referral phone numbers.

When?

• The Dental Clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
